Kindred Furniture is the Los Angeles based furniture and woodworking studio with Andrew Karl aka aK at the helm.

Founded in 2022, Kindred is focused on the conception and creation of custom pieces with a focus on sustainability and unique design. After years of collective experience throughout the furniture industry and art production, I set out to create a studio where I could handcraft each piece with pride and have more control over construction & design. I aim to seamlessly combine modern woodworking techniques with traditional joinery while always building pieces that will last for generations.
